Arguments
raw_epifusion
raw epifusion object
type
type of parameters to plot, i.e. all parameters ("all"), parameters that are constant across the time series ("constant"), or time-varying parameters that have been inferred in piecewise constant intervals with time-variant priors ("timevar")
